Bowling Pin Painted Washington window

This is one small step for a person, but a giant leap for all mankind.

Neil Alden Armstrong’s phrase and love for Catholic churches served as inspiration for the image of the stained glass window located in the Washington Cathedral. In the middle of the composition, a stone from the surface of the Moon is inserted, which adds an unusual approach to traditional images in stained glass windows to the “cosmic window”. This is a magnificent contrast of religion, faith in God and the inexorable development of man, science and progress.

A gift for space odyssey lovers, space travel lovers and, of course, Catholics!

Individual numbering.
