Dance of Death Alphabet Pendant “II”
Handmade pendant depicting a letter of the Latin alphabet.
Pendant from the series “Dance of Death Alphabet”.
The series is dedicated to the allegorical scene of painting and diction of the Middle Ages — “Dance of Death”. The scene is one of the variants of European iconography of the frailty of human existence: personified death leads to the grave dancing representatives of all strata of society — nobility, clergy, merchants, peasants.
The scene is made in the form of letters of the Latin alphabet, where each letter personifies a small fragment of the dance.
Made of sterling silver with artificial blackening.
Includes a 55 cm chain.
Each item is created and processed by hand in St. Petersburg.
Please note, we work by pre-order, manufacturing time is about 7 working days.
